The Palmetto House was exactly as described. It was in a good location to access a lot of NMB. Our vacation in the house was fun and very family friendly. There were some card and board games available in the house that we used on multiple occasions as well. Highly recommend. The hosts were friendly and responsive to a minor hiccup when we first got in. But it was resolved quickly and the rest of the week was incident free. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house, pool and lake cove! Family loved the large outdoor pool and indoor pool table. Two kitchens is a big benefit for the large space. Luke and Sarah answered all our questions and made great recommendations. We loved everything about our stay! Hope to return.

We loved our stay at Luke & Sarah’s place! The house is beautiful and well kept, there was ample amount of linens for everyone for multiple days, and the lawn was maintain for our dogs! The location is private with a breathtaking view, perfect for sunrises! It is a very short ride to some awesome trails; we just can’t say enough good things about this place! We will for sure be back in the future!

About Us

Bentonville Lodging Company

Hey! We are Luke & Sarah. We are both former Army Officers and now professional hosts who have been hosting stays since 2018 all over the country! We started with @millardscabin at Mt. Rainier National Park and continued to grow from there. Sarah is a Bentonville native so after our time in the Army it just felt right to come back to Northwest Arkansas. Since leaving over eight years ago, NWA has changed so much and so we thought it was time we brought a better brand of accommodations for all the new visitors!
